Flower Seeding Workshop // Yurt Space

$55.00

Join us in the Fogwood Gardens yurt for a morning of flower seeding! In this workshop we will teach how you to prepare for seed starting. We will let you know what supplies we think you need, and which ones you don’t. We will talk about and demonstrate how to successfully seed different flower varieties. We will provide the tools you will need, including daisy trays, cells, high quality soil mix, seeds and the Johnny’s hand seeder. We will guide you on how to keep seedlings happy while they are growing with techniques like feeding, pinching, watering, light requirements, and heat. Lastly, we will talk about how to prepare your seedlings to be planted out to avoid transplant stress, and how to support them while they are preparing to bloom.
